My job is a vacation.

I work 5 days one week and two the next. I get 10 paid (these are 12 hour days) vacation days and since I only work 2 days every other week, that means I can use my vacation time to book 5 weeks worth of holidays per year. Its retarded haha.

its called compressed schedules, believe it or not companies do offer some flexabilty with hours. I used to have the option to be able to do a compressed one work 4 days and have 3 days off. you know back in fucking fairy magical land anyway.
