i dunno, usually if a girl sits on my lap.. something allways tend to "pop up". with that being said, although its nice and all... an entire movie where my jeans are a bit "restricting" isnt on my fun list...

I liked it and I dont mind the reading. Its rare to get to see a nice action movie that isnt 100% hollywoodized.

It was subed in english?? The french version was dubbed, that's strange... Maybe they got lazy with the english version :P

I have the DVD of that movie for 1.5 years now... I watched it 2years ago in HK when it first came out. The story is great and the color/background is excellent highly recommanded. Especially the part about the lake, after that movie a lot of Chinese people went to visit that place (although they found out later that's a tourist unfriendly place, eg. no hotel, restaruant, public restroom, etc lol).

I think the director who direct the film is the same one who director the 15min closing ceremony (the China part) for the Olympic game.

Hey Yarr, don't get mean on french Canadian now ;)

I saw it in french too. All I can say is that the trailer was a true masterpiece. It made me think the movie was all great, but I've been sooooooo deceived. Good fight-scenes, some nice pictures, but oh what a booooring story. It was even more boring then Couching Tiger Hidden dragon. *runnin from flamers* Dam right, I didn't like CTHD either. It was all the same : good fights, nice scenery, but paper-thin storyline that could be ripped apart anytime. Both movies have a terribly slow rythm. Everyone around us seemed to be just as bored as my friend and I were. This is definetly not worth seeing in theaters. Good rental at best.
