dude, my suggestion would to be to really talk to her in person, but dont be so up front about your feelings and stuff.. i would say like if you do talk to her for a bit.. let her get to know you... go ask her on a date, but nothing romantic or date-esqe even.. like.. some coffee or something, have a casual conversation but hint that would like to take things a bit further.. i think a friendly personal way would be better than a "do you like me" over myspace or facebook.. thats just my approach though.

Walk right up to her like once or twice and say "I see you all the time" and laugh about it. Hopefully you see her more and more and maybe it will become kind of a running joke among you two. "Hey, it's the girl I see all the time" etc. etc. and go from there.
