Might considering adding some more technical accomplishments to your goals.
Examples:
1. Build/Repair your own computer
2. Repair/Replace parts in your own car.
3. Make your own picnic table from scratch.
4. Make your own crafts. (My mother does this and loves it, father does the woodworking aspect, she does the cloth, stiching, and general creativity. It actually started as a hobby and is now a profitable business)
5. Film your own spoof/real home movie. (If you've never a B rate chinese movie complete with 6 people playing 17 parts, complete with "self dubbed" speech, you don't know what you're missing.

It's priceless.
Fun stuff to try:
2-3 week vacation, Drive across Canada/United States and stop in small towns with historical relevance.
Gamble in Las Vegas or Reno
Parasailing
Skydiving
Go to the shooting range
