So I added a very quick mod (took like 30 seconds) to the forums. Its basically a little HTML code inside the browser that adds the "SendMeFile" upload box. This is a site that allows you to upload files upto 50 megs. So if someone wanted to upload an MP3 or some random file (including images, but its not really for that (Im working on something now). So its an OK mod that might get used every so often. Im just not sure its worth taking up the room. |

OK so Im a little proud of this a change I just made (no point making a thread about it) so let me point it out here. I moved the Flash, YouTube and Spoiler buttons above the original BBCode tags. I also put them into their own table so that the spacing looks nice. Good thing no one has been on the forums for the last little bit. I was making tons of changes to the table lay out of this posting page and things were really messed up lol. Still, I figured out how to do that on my own! sure its not really hard, but I have no training in PHP coding so im a little happy about it. |

I'd like it, be good for...stuff. The buttons are much better placed now, this pc I'm using is stuck in 640x800 res and i had to scroll side to side to read anything lol |

Im not sure if I want to go through the work or not, but Im thinking about adding a "Quick Reply" Id probably do it if the forums werent so god damn slow today. Its taking forever to load anything. |

I've not had the chance to play with Php, but its good that you have fun playing with it, probably similar to when i taugh myself HTML code in 30mins about 11 years ago lol As for the changes you have made, i'm not sure i have any idea what you are talking about lol |

The new change made is right below the post message box. Youll see "Free File Hosting" its just a place to quickly upload a file. When you hit "Host It!" a new window will open, this new window has a link to the file you can post in your message. Theres also one exactly like this for ImageShack, but I didnt like having two "upload" windows. Id rather have an all purpose dump site so people can dump documents, music and whatever the hell else they might have (thats below 50 megs). Right now Im working on setting up Gallery 2.1 and adding accounts for whoever wants one. My goal is to just use the same SQL DB from t his forum, but I dont think its possible (or out of my range of skills). But I have to work on the Gallery at home. |

I wanted to be sure it wasn't something i was doing wrong. Whenever you try hosting something, it keeps you uploading the file for an endless amount of time. It times out basically. Also when you try doing directly the links don't seem to work just right. VIDEO RESIZE DURRFFF |
