Is anyone else having problems? I had them at home and now here at the office today. Is anyone else having a 5-6 second delay each time they click on a link?

ok its fixed now. I hate iPowerweb so much. They do this to me every god damn time.

I call up and talk to a CSR. He\she askes what the problem is. I explain that the FTP and Forum are running very slow. The CSR then goes to the site and tests it out.

Every time its the same thing.

CSR: Its all looking smooth to me. no problems what I can see.
Yarr: hang on, let me try and download a file from my site.
Yarr: Yeah its going at 2.4kbps and the 300k image will download in 3 minutes.
CSR: Let me try and test out your FTP
(two seconds later)
CSR: everything is working fine on my end, it must be your internet provider.
Yarr: I was just on this forum from my home computer and it was just as slow and that computer is on a different ISP. Right now im conencted to a commercial internet connection that a direct fiber connection to our ISP, nothing runs slow at this location.
CSR: well it isnt our site because its running fine for me, im sorry its not our service. Thank you for calling
Yarr: ...


and like clockwork the site magically speeds up 15 minutes after I call.
