I just picked up my copy today, and damn that's some intense packaging. Anyone else going to be getting sucked into this game in the next few days? I have to finish Tales of Symphonia soon or else I'll never get to play SO or Phantom Brave. lol God, why'd they unload all these games right as the semester starts. ; ; |

Gades, I went to a couple of store and they won't have it until the weekend or so DAMMIT !!! Only EB games have it today and there are none in my city ... sucks. I'm gonna pick it up tomorrow /sigh |

I hope my local EB have it, they better not tell me the same thing they did with FFXI: Me: Do you have FFXI? Clerk: Yes, it's in the boxes. Me: Can i have one? Clerk: I'm only opening the boxes in one hour, i'm going to lunch now.... /kill EBClerk Or i'll check the obscure game stores, like the place where i found Disgaea... EDIT: EB says they'll probably get it tomorrow, and Toysrus have no idea what this game is. I went to fucking walmart, and they had some old Hag working there who refused to get it out of the back. Usually theres some teenager type I can chat up to actually doing his job and get me one form the back. No such luck today. Prolly just gonna order it online at this point. |

I'm starting to think Tales of Symphonia was better. lol The game is laggy and the battle system is kinda slow. I haven't really played a whole lot, but. Hopefully it gets better. >< |

Got my copy at Walmart, and so far i'm addicted :D Anyone saw/own the Brady guidebook? It's thicker than the DVD case itself...  I wonder if it's any good, or if it's pure crap like the FFXI guide.

Finally got the game 2 days ago. I like it, battles are just as fun as in SO2. Now I just need to figure out completely how to trigger the Battle Skills... I can mash the X button and then once in a while the BS will trigger, oh well. I'm having fun anyway, just need practice I guess. |

There is 1 battle skill I can't seem to trigger : Critical Hit. Fayt got it and Cliff too. I just push the button I set it in, but it never activates. Looking at the mastery of the skill, I can see I used it 4 times. Anyone got a hint for this ? |

I dunno, I usually use Side Kick for Fayt. It might be like, added to regular attacks sometimes? Not sure. lol |

i think this game was definately worth the money. Playing as nel makes the game more fun for me, although Fayt's air raid move is pretty fun. |

2U! Ya, ToS is 100x better than this game mechanics wise. The story is a little cliche and cheesy at times, but the battles and gameplay smoke Star Ocean. |
