Ok so I'm typing this on my sidekick like an hour and 45 minues away from phoenix. I woke up this morning at like 10ish to my friend tabitha jumping on my bed telling me were goingon a road trip. Hell why not its saturday morning after a long week of work. So we left 30 minutes later with some cigarettes, vitamin water, good music, and some dank. We are going to a show tonight and tomorrow and driving back monday, tonight is a show with rage against the machine and wu tang and some other underground hiphop. Tomorrow is mf doom with a few other creative hiphop artists. We plan on going to both and just walking around and hanging out the rest of the time, if anyone is in the area and wants to go or chill, lemme know. Need something fun to do. |

They kick ass live. Seeing them with Rage at that show would be dope. |

rock the bells was amazing. i didnt make it intime for public enemy or anyone before them but i did see cypresshill whitewall a 4 footer, wu-tang brought their entire crew, literaly 50+ people on stage. the hundai pavillion fits 65,000 people, the show was sold out. 65,000 people who all smoke bud. but what amazed me was that they let enough weed go through to smoke out 65,000 people, it just amazes me that they let it all happen. it was deffinatley an experience. but the best part was watching rage play, it brought back some memories. on sunday night we went to go see MF Doom, such a let down.... sounded good for the 15 minuets that he performed... he walked off stage in the middle of a song, and the curtain shut... they made us leave. but we got ahold of some medical so we had our share and longboarded all around LA, got more, and drove home. got home and went to work 30 minutes later.. best random road trip of my life... so far. |

California is soooooooooooooooo much more laid back than AZ when it comes to weed. You get caught with any weed in AZ these days, you are likely to spend time in Sheriff Joe's happy camp. This is amazing because damn near everybody I know smokes weed. |

A long time back, like 1996 or 97, A bunch of friends and I went to The Gorge (WA state) to see RATM + Wu Tang. It was one of the final stops on the tour. By the time they made it out there, most of Wu Tang were arrested or some shit. They had to cancel and The Roots played in their place. It was an awesome show, just wish I would have gotten to see Wu Tang perform lol. |
