My story with earthlink... I've had dsl for over 5 years. I wanted an upgrade and the sales person said i can get it. I had a choice to pay for the modem(120$) with no contract or pay 20$ and sign a year contract. I chose the 1 year plan. 2 weeks go by, i call tech support. Sorry sir we cant provide the service. So im out of the contract? Nope, im fucked.
