Heya, just ran into a guy in an AV match on WoW a few minutes ago who remembered me from Ifrit. I thought that was pretty awesome and now I'm wondering how everyone's been. I'm still a few year out of FFXI myself, and though I've been on WoW on and off, I'm currently casually gaming it in my leisure time. Always wanted to go back to FFXI but it's horrible every time I do. I actually returned to FFXI like a year ago, but then after playing for two weeks. I had saved up for a scorp harness, and when I tried transmuting the V. claw, it broke! Son of a bitch... -koda (p.s. whaley post here, lol) |

FFXI is good, I'm finally almost back to where I was after all my stuff got stolen. Doing a soboro run right now. 4 drops, lost lot on all of them so far. lets hope luck gets better! |

Nope, AS fell apart a while ago. I was runnin' with Kotee's LS for a little while, now with Mirza and TheOblivion. Actually a lot of old AS member in Oblivion. It's a real fun LS. |

my goal in school is to get my PhD and then have my own lab to study diabetes. i'm meeting with one of the leading diabetes researchers on wednesday to discuss what i should do to progress down that path my bro also has diabetes. sorry to hear you have it, but it won't hold you back from life. |

hey thanks Whisp. I'm trying to control it with diet and exercise, but I'm really terrible about monitoring my blood sugars. I'm on 1000mg of meformin and I'm hoping to get the dosage reduced to 500mg. The last thing I want is to have to inject myself with insulin everyday. |

diabetes is horrible. it runs in my family, but so far i am clean. good luck jim and go whisp! i hope you figure it out! i'm finally graduating in the spring. not sure what to do after that. i may go to south korea or i may just stay here and take courses to get into art therapy school. can see my life branching out into a lot of directions. not sure where to go. blagh life. |

Haha, that's awesome, thanks yarr! Like almost everyone I lost all of my FFXI pics. My story's a little different however. I didn't lose them from a computer crash, uninstalling FFXI deleted them That picture's great.
Heya Whisp, nice to hear from you, that's great that you have interest in diabetes research. Myself, I'm going for a law degree after college, looking at stanford law right now. Should be interesting. Planning on spending next year in Japan studying abroad, hopefully i'll meet some ffxi gamers, that'd be awesome. Denchi - that's great that you're almost back where you were. I was wondering what happened after I offered my wow account to you and you never responded. Thought you might just want to sell it and rebuy back your denchi's stuff but I guess you didnt want to

Yeah Koda I saw that, I had just uninstalled WoW from my computer and didn't really wanna deal with it, although I appreciate the offer. My girlfriends roomate has been dating a guy recently. He's a japanese major and actually recently got divorced from his wife because she started seeing someone else on WoW. It was interesting to see how much that game actually affects people lol. |

Lol @ kioto. I saw that the other day. Yeah I remember that Whisp, hahaha. Odd that I do since it was so long ago, but I must have appreciated the moment. Ah, ok Denchi. Sorry again, if I wasn't a broke college student I would have offered more than a wow account . Getting a job soon though hopefully.
