Disappearing Car Door. The future of Car Doors! At least I hope so. This is a pretty cool inovation on car doors. Its funny how much old technology is still used in cars. Anyway check out the site and video. You'll be happy you did. I know theres quite a few car-heads on this forum. |

The idea is actually pretty awesome. Especially in a heavy populated area, like ny. The parking is horrible and stuff. Plus imagine how many less accidents can happen. Im also imagining how many more people could possibly die from just running off out of the car lol. I think its a pretty nice idea for very populated areas. |

That and I have no problems going across traffic that travels 40mph+ usually. I have seen car doors completely obliterate people though. |

they have mods for cars that are doors like a pull blind and made of some cloth material or something, when you push the button they roll up under the door sills but the way it works the door looks like it's collapsing.. pretty cool |

Yeah that shit could fuck you up really bad if it accidentally opened at any decent speed haha. Same goes for any automatically opening door though. Still it does look slick as hell. That and Mikey's point about it saving space. You would also never have to worry about your door accidentally hitting someone elses car when you open it while parked next to them. |

Why does anybody care about Ponuh's posts anymore? They are pointless. Anyways I think it's a cool idea mainly because door dings make me want to stab people, and it would make getting out in crowded areas easier and safer. |
