Quote: 12/27/07: Pakistan opposition leader Benazir Bhutto was killed along with at least 20 others at a campaign rally.

So a comment like World War 3 is a bit of a stretch. The entire world does not want a world war and trust me its the last thing that'll happen. Especially with nuclear weapons around. |

I wasnt saying it will cause WW3, but the event certainly brings us closer. Your right though, my comment was a little over the edge, I oppologize. |

No country developed enough to build the boats or cars to get here would attack us because we're the biggest and richest market for their shit. What would Canada do if they couldn't peddle their shitty whisky and hockey sticks on us? |

Our dollar is dropping so fast, we don't have that safety net for much longer. |

We'll continue southward and peddle our wares to the mexicans and slowly kill them with our poutine too silly. Drunk Mexican hockey players. It could work. Just look at Dubai, they have an indoor ski resort. |

Crown Royal is from Canada, and its far from shitty. Its actually very good. Its not Scotch, but I'd drink Crown over most American whiskey. |

The dollar dropping in value isn't totally a bad thing. It has actually helped the economy in areas that don't normally see foreign tourism and such. It also increases the amount that the United States exports since other countries will actually buy our shit. Really, the trade imbalances of the last 50 or so years are just correcting themselves now that the world has such an increase in interdependence. Also, the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America will pretty much ensure neither Canada nor Mexico will ever attack the U.S., all this assassination means is that Bush and the American government is going to have a harder time controlling Pakistan. |

I know is going to back fire on me, and one retard or another is going to mention how would i know if i wasn't mexican or whatever the fuck the lame joke is about. But the current president of Mexico actually made a valid point. Since europe combined its currencies ( The Euro) its done nothing but improve the value of there money. He suggested canada america and mexico do something similar. Would it be worth a shot. Personally I think it sounds interesting o paper but im not so sure. |

Hasn't the value of the dollar always been dropping? It's called inflamation and it's why things cost double what they did 20 years ago. |

I can't tell if that's a fake post haha. Inflation--and the value of the dollar dropping in the terms we're talking about is different. The value of currencies in relation to other currencies is determined by demand because we use a floating-point standard now rather than a fixed standard like gold (which is seriously what Ron Paulites want to return to lol) |
