I love looking at new and better moniters on my old 15 inch tube moniter. Makes everything so much clearer. |

It's cool but the height is kinda rough, 900 pixels. would be kinda frustrating for image/video editing. Although games would look pretty snazzy so long as they could be run at that resolution. |

It's pretty cool looking. I'd never spend 4k on one though. Strange it's DLP... |

Just get a badass 1080p Proxima projector. There was a 108 inch 2160p LCD that was at CES I think. Wireless HDMI is crazy. The only thing you need is power now to run to your Display. Someone could make one of these themselves imo http://www.lenexpo-electronics.com/GEFE ... 17007.html HDMI over Cat5 cables lol http://www.ramelectronics.net/audio-vid ... 00090.html With those options along with a 100+ inch LCD or Plasma HDTV or 1080p Projector. VR headsets right now can do 1080p as well with 180 degree panning. http://www.sensics.com/?gclid=CKn1hbOX6 ... gQod5lYHPA Comparison versus other crap HMDs (head mounted displays): http://www.sensics.com/technology/pisight_vs_hmds.php Basically talking the price of a car for a 1080p headmounted display: http://www.sensics.com/products/configurations.php |

Ha! I actually like those. I have yet to try the apple pie with a slice of American cheese on it. I'll do it someday. And yeah I would rather spend a shit load less and get a 1080p projector and 103" screen. It's so cheap these days. I'm looking at buying a new house this year. One of the things I'm looking for in the next house is a proper home theater room. |
