fun. Gained 15lbs so far this semester. goal weight = 165-170 with lots and lots of food and protein and lots of lifting. we'll see what happens. Beefcake {Yes please}

dude, what ever you do dont rush it or take way more weight then you can handle. you will be so tired all the time or get your self hurt :wink: :lol:. as for food beef,chicken,fish, shit load of veggies and some carbs. works for me 6'5 280 lbs etc... :lol:

if u like Peanut Butter, my old football coach had my friend do this. Every day for lunch he had to have a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. Make the peanut butter about 1/2 inch to an inch thick o.O. it worked for him and over summer gained about 20 pounds

ow..... lifting hurts again >.<

We did this bicep burnout thing this morning, and... I'm trying to drink a protein shake and I really.... can't get it to my mouth. I don't know how I'm going to survive today, lol.

And I have frisbee tommorow, I better get better.
