[originally posted on a different ffxi messageboard (justin case anyone here visits both] - apologies for the redundency: Well I'm kinda bored at work, and I figured it would be cool to see/read/hear anything that any of you guys do or are into (if you have a friend or a favorite artist/musician/writer who isn't well known, please post that too) here's some of my stuff: http://www.dirkeffertz.com/regarding_i - my old band, i played drums and did the website ^.^ the splash page is fugly because it's designed for 800x600, but the main site has alternating backgrounds eachtime you visit the site.. w00 go minor JS skills http://www.dirkeffertz.com/mp3s - 2 songs from the last regarding i recording session for the ep called: and the ties that bind us released on onedaysavior (http://www.onedaysavior.com) there may actually be copies of this still floating around on like lumberjack.com or some indie places that house obscure releases http://www.dirkeffertz.com/dirk_effertz/indite.html - some things i've written, i actually have a decent sized body of work, done mostly in my teens to very early 20s, it is mostly depressing, angsty poems and a few prose. I have written several short stories, but I feel none really represent my talent as a writer so they didn't go up, currently I'm working on writing a novel. http://www.dirkeffertz.com/drawings - some doodles, graffiti and pieces i've done for people. i don't have an adequate set-up at my house to really do "traditional" design work anymore, so i haven't really done much drawing as of lately.
