Out of the last 3, it was the best by far! It is definately 1 of those movies you have to see 2 times to catch all the details, plot twists and connections between the new and old trilogy. I thought it was a good movie, definately will have to buy this one SPOILER AHEAD Amidala dies |

eh i thought it was ok definitley better then first two but no where near the origiinal 3. It could have been a truly epic film if they had polished some of the dialogue,acting and a couple major scenes |

i'm going to have to leave this post with a "no comment" i saw (i think) one or two star wars movies, i hated them both. i suppose i am just not the kind of person to watch star wars.

I felt it was pretty good, the romance scenes of course were poorly written. The acting wasn't bad (minus the dude who plays Anakin) it was the writing that made a few scenes really awkward. For example (spaces for "spoilers"): "You're beautiful." "Because I love you." "No, because I love you." .... Ya. Haha. |

You guys are jerks a woman prolly had a part in writing that line is all. padme is saying she is beautiful because she is love. I.e.referencing common belief that you can tell a women is in love because her face glows etc etc. And anakin is saying she is beautiful in his eyes ( again ebcause he is in love) she then goes to on to say because lvoe has blinded him etc etc. I won't claim it was brillant writing or anything, but it makes sense. |

Actually, thought the actor did much better when Anakin was all evil. The movie was awesome because it followed the Empire Strikes Back model. No plot or story or anything, just the bad guys running around kicking some butt. Lots of pretty lights and non stop action. Writing and acting? bah. Spolier Alert! Darth Vader can't be Luke Skywalker's father, they don't have the same last name. |
