Recently i've gotten a little bonus and come under some extra money. Money i was expecting to see. So anybody have any serious ideas as to what i should get ?

Hmm here are some of my ideas.

1. Save the money for a car. -- seriously its something i always put to the side. I live in ny moving about is very easy, and a car to me has always seemed like a waste.

2. A surround sound system for my upcoming 360, ps3 and whatever else comes. Now this is something lol, i mean i have a sound system, but i'd like to install one in my room to have full surround sound. I think this idea is pretty good.

3. A new graphics card, this is also something i am seriously considering. I have a ati 9700 which by far has been a great gfx card. Alongside with this card i should also buy a new motherboard, and to hell with it i should just buy all new part. But then that would go over what i just recently got lolol.

4. Adopt a farm of ugandian children. By far the most retarded idea i have yet. But i'd only fund them for a month, afterward they're cut off haha.

Anyway any ideas or thoughts would be cool.

I'd say get an Athlon64, Mobo, and a new GPU. omg

i've also been thinking about getting a new laptop. The current one i have is a mac, which is fine and dandy and all. But having a pc laptop would mean i can play final fantasy or call of duty at work ROFL

Get a new Air conditioner and i know you are dieing of the Heat in your place. good way to help yourself and look like your doing it for the Family as well lol. and maybe fix the power in your place. you should able to run air conditioner and comp with out it blowing up your power.

But imo if your not sure what to do with money you should sit on it for a while till you really see something you like or if something happens you got money for "just in case" reason. I do that alot and i can't tell you how much that pays off in the end.

i wish it was that easy dude. I've checked the temp in my room several times this week, and on its own its hit 101 degrees lolol. Its more of the landlords problem. See i've thought about hiring an electrian myself but seriously its the landlords problem. All of the other apartments have the same issue with me. My ac in my room is just for show, its so the other puerto ricans in my neighborhood know i have more money than them ROFL

I would have to say skip the car one. You don't need a car in NYC as compared to other cities. Traffic is enuff to make you go into road rage.
