Actually I like those kind of tests much better. I remember a test (first test of that type i witnessed) from a long time ago which would ask you lots of very basic and unbiased questions. For example, it would list 4 shapes (Square, Triangle, Circle, etc) and ask you to pick the one you liked most, then you had to pick a number from a list of a couple, etc etc. In the end it could work out to like 95% accuracy whether you were male or female, it was pretty impressive. It did it by recording everyone elses answers, taking their feedback (if the test guessed correctly) and mixing it into the database to "learn" which combinations of answers each gender were more likely to pick. |
