I think maybe you are being unfair, sometimes he would make quite funny posts, e.g. the "does it come in a box" about the joe rollthisburger helmet ebay thing. Maybe some people would see him as spamming but I got quite a laugh out of it.

Plus these forums need people to constantly post to keep them alive, you might have statistics showing otherwise but I'm sure everyones noticed that basically all the activity is in this section now, the ffxi section is dead, probably there are only 10 maybe active posters nowadays, and now thats down to 9.

Anyway...get the message about creating new accounts dmitry lol.

LoL I don't understand where the spam is, but I'm willing to bet there is more to this then just spam. It takes a special something to get someone so mad at you, they refuse to even read your messages.

Its kind of anal also to not read a person's message that they send you I don't have an amazing amount of love for dimitry, just sort of tolerate him and sometimes find his stuff funny. But I did read his PMs when he ws bitching about my avatar... even though I felt his opinion was useless and not needed, I still read it.

As for the IRL section, let face it people. FFXI is dying, we all know it, and soon enough this will be just where we go to get a ffxi flavored news. For some reason a fireball engulfing a galaxy million of lightyears away, is funnier when it comes from one of you old ffxi tards. At least for me it is. :)

The ban was only going to be 1-2 days and the idea was that no one would really notice. He knew the rules, he knew he wasnt suppose to make an account to avoid the ban.

From day one in these forums, i always thought banning was
just a personal thing, or a demonstration of power.
But my opinion never counts or changes nothing,

I don't play FF, nor is CKD an active Linkshell/Guild anymore. These forums in my mind should either step up to become like a real gaming/random chat sort of forums or just continue to remain as kind of an archive of "what was" for alot of people.

Personally I'd like to see them to grow again. Be really interesting if the offtopic gaming forums became bigger, with like a review section and gaming news stuff. But that's just me. Hah.

I think they are more or less turning into just a general chat forum for all the people who use to play together. New and old.

I think I might be opposite a lot of posters here in that I never visited while ckd existed on game. Now there's no allegiance here it's just the yarr random stuff website basically, but based around ffxi and wow, which is cool by me. Gives me a place to yap about random crap like gameboy and see funnay pictures.
