Just downloaded "Teardrop" by Massive Attack. Such a beautiful song. Also really old I guess, lol, but really good nonetheless.

That songs pretty awesome denchi. Have you ever seen the video? Its basically a fetus singing the song. Its creepy as hell, but awesome.

The woman singing is Beth Gibbons. Shes the singer for Portishead.

I'm really enjoying the song "This Mess We're In" by PJ Harvey. Thom Yorke's vocals are really touching in it.

ahhhh that's who it is!! I've been traveling around the southwest a lot lately and been playing that song for a lot of people. And they're always like "Who sings this song!!?" And I could never tell them for sure. I'm also not sure how I feel about singing fetus', maybe if I'm feeling brave I'll check the video out lol.

Yarr and I have like, the same musical taste and yet we almost never talk about it. Haha, I remember picking up the Massive Attack DVD with all the music videos on them a few years ago. I still think the group's best work was on Blue Lines. Teardrop was also the song Neo was listening to in The Matrix. The first one. It's a really good song that seems to be cool no matter when you listen to it. It's really a shame that Massive Attack never really got the recognition that they should have in the States. They're a really important group.

The more I see the kind of music Jimbean listens to, the more I want to go to a show with him. Haha. Was tempted to see Black Heart Procession that time, but it was on a Monday. Anyway. I'm listening to a bunch of E.L.O. random crap at the moment.

I'll plan my trip to NY when there's some awesome show going on and we can all go. Cuz I'm sure I'd want to kill myself from Sef's retarded-ness soon enough.

Yeah I actually walked around with that DVD in HMV ready to buy it when I noticed a wack of Radiohead singles. I decided to buy the singles and get the DVD later.

I never ended up getting the DVD later though. That reminds me, I should pick it up.
