They are pulling pipes outa peoples chests
Drill bit outa eye socket
Pocket knife outa some kids head

wtf

this reminds me somehow of a show I saw, where a woman was too embarrased to go to the drs about a lump she found in her pelvic area, so let it grow and grow. it was a cyst not a tumour and it weighed nearly 300 lbs when she finally had it taken out, it was bigger than her lol.

oh and I don't know anythign about cysts but apparantly they can contain any type of tissue found in the human body, this one has teeth and hair inside it and was made mostly of kidney tissue.
