Murph, if you're getting hit with the 601, each time you do it, you're going to further lock out your account, doubling the amount of days you were banned before.

If you can, i really suggesting getting some of those Ultimate Game Cards and adding Crysta to your account with them via the secure square enix account management site. That was the only way to get it to work for me.

Then I was just told to stagger my billing by a few days to prevent it from happening in the future.

Pretty lame.

Thanks Rid, probably what i'll have to end up doing. Just sucks that it doesnt' tell me it's locked out, and I can't get any kind of timely response on the issue. Just some spam emails about adding service accounts and entering codes.
