Oh nice, thats awesome Whisp! I hope I get in so bad! I think my application is pretty good.

I get to mark off "Leader of a LS" and "Over 30 members" I even gave a link to the forums. I hope I get into beta so friggin bad. Id do pretty much anything to get in. I guess there's no real way for them to tell my application is really "Yarr" from FFXI unless they follow the link I left.

Id wouldnt mind upgrading the forums. It might be easier to start a new site with new forums, same url of course. Leave the old forums as view only and start fresh. I cant wait to see what people return to the forums.

I actually put 6-12 hours a week. I used to play FFXI alot more than 6 hours a day but then I became a dad and that was it for extended gaming.

Also, this is completely unrelated but I've been having fun with it today at work.

I'll have to wait for ps3 beta, and I'll have something like 4 hours a week to play due to work and commute. Wicked. How the hell did you ever have time for hnm camping with two kids Kyuss? lol

Pretty sure you were the only dad with a black belt.

I'm pretty sure I got my black belt before my first was born. Or soon after. As far as hnm camping went, it was usually happening long after my kids were in bed. So basically I just went without much sleep. Also, my wife at the time played so if I was at work or asleep she would be at the camps.

I couldn't imagine putting in a fraction of the hours now that I put in before. I only have small windows of gaming opportunities now a days. Most of my time is spent at girl scouts, ballet class, gymnastics class, pta meetings, homework and playing store. :)

I'm also signed up for the 6-12 hours slot. I work a lot and otherwise spend a lot of time with my girlfriend who isn't fond of video games. I still hope I get accepted! I finally have a worthy PC for gaming.

She is starting to come around! She thought Bioshock 2 was cool, and is interested in FF13 because I always talk about how excited I am for it :)

I wonder when the FF14 beta will start. I'll be pretty excited if I get accepted. It would be my first beta acceptance.

So after 8 years they are going to drastically change the game when a new one comes out? Sounds like they want people to play 11 and 14.
