ive done all the story quests and still cant access parley - is there somethign I did wrong? |

You should've gotten it after the rank 15 mission. I haven't tried to use it myself yet though. |

Only certain NPCs should offer it, I think. It'd just come up as an option when you talk to them. |

The problem is that most people don't realise that it's not an option while talking to the NPC. It actually appears as an Interaction on your main menu if you target an NPC who is able to Parley. I think right now there is only one NPC in each town who can Parley (i hear it's used in some quests though) In Limsa, the Parley NPC is next to one of the stalls in the Hawker's Market. |
