Ok, thank you Ruby. Galindar popped on, gave me a pearl and 500k. Let's see if I can get used to this game. I think my biggest problem with it is that it is not FFXI. |

I quoted this part though because I think that was the biggest disappointment in this game. It won't ever evolve into 11, but seems to be shaping up to something that more resembles a MMO slowly but surely. |

To be fair, I think you'll have a lot better time of it, like Ruby, starting now. The game is way better for new players than it was for the first 6 months. That being said, I'm currently logged into FFXI. :D |

haha. I'm not sure if I want to drop the 25 bucks to change servers, though. I haven't purchased the Abyssea expansion, or anything. I did go from WHM37 to WHM60 today, though! :D |

If you get the Abyssea expansion, you get a Destrier Beret which adds constant Regen, Refresh, Running Speed, EXP gain, and Auto-Reraise whenever you're level 30 or below (even if its level sync). It's a sick, sick hat. |

All of you guys not playing FFXIV makes it even worse. There is rarely anything going on because we don't have enough people to farm the dungeon(s) or do LS exp parties. I really hope the next patch brings people back. FFXI is so 10 years ago omg. |

We have a taru in our ls by the name of Gabai that you'd definitely get along with since you guys act/talk the same :P He also three-boxes like you irl I believe the ultimate collection is only 9.99 as well, so it's not a big deal to just pick it up. Which reminds me, I've been trying to get Galindar in our LS but since our LS is kinda small (just old school people, most on at one time is usually 12, average is 6-8) it's been a bit tough getting someone with a pearlsack to pop on :P |

Serious lack of depth, frustrating targeting, redundant and repetitive "quests", empty player base, difficult SP/XP party system... Not bad, but it won't hold my interest for too long. |
