Ok so my gf found out they are redoing the game so we thought it would be fun to start playing together. Id like for us to have classes that will compliment each other. Ill probably be playing at a lancer and she refuses to play healer lol. Would summoner go well with my lancer? |

Absolutely no idea, we know barely anything about Arcanist/Summoner yet. What I can say is that the game has been made in such a way that you could probably effectively duo with basically anything. Between-battle HP/MP regen is so potent that for your average battle you can forego healers in favour of simply killing the monsters quicker. Game is made more accessible overall and every class is effective solo now unlike the days of ye olde FFXI. We found at the weekend that we could easily run some of the game's instanced dungeons using 3 tanks and no healer. Sucks for the people who were sat outside shouting for a healer for hours. |

awesome thanks for the info. Hopefully the game is better this time and hopefully Ill have my character and all my gil from when I started last time lol. |
