According to the lodestone, character creation restrictions have been lifted on all NA worlds. I don't remember who had friends waiting, but it'd be a good idea to get the word around on LS chat so whoever needed this can get their characters created before they close back up again. This is probably because billing should have just started for 1.0 players I think and SE should have a better idea of how many characters are sticking around. Quote: 09/17/2013 12:00 PM
