morrowind = wtf is my purpose, maybe i'll visit the next town to see if i can find any townsfolk who will be my friend, nope they all suck, maybe i'll kill some townsfolk and take over their house, all of a sudden i can fly, life sucks without a purpose maybe i'll fly into this tower and kill myself weee

The graphics in the WoW are amazing, just a different style from FFXI. Not the realistic type you're used to.

That said, looks/graphics are not everything. The awe of graphics last a couple hours, after that it's all about the gameplay. That's what is really important.

I'll tell you now what I told Dark in LS:

Wait 3 weeks before starting.

Why? Because yesterday I was in a cave for 2 hours trying to kill 10 rat-people because there were 40 other people in the cave. It will be MUCH worse than that for the first few weeks.

You can duel people and opposing factions(Alliance vs Horde) can invade towns, kill your NPCs, and can kill each other.

There was a nice little glitch where someone was abusing a death glitch to slowly get to the Prince and kill him...

see that sounds fukign badass. I wanna join the game just for something like that. I wan a new age war type mmorpg so, so bad. Thats what i was wishign for with this game.

Yeah, but MOST of the NPC are lvl 75, so you need huge raid groups to make in into a town...merchants/major characters are low level, but guards are all 75....which is why many towns supposedly have back ways into them that are less guarded.

The one time we were ever invaded, it was on an unguarded little homestead.
