i talked to a moogle in bastok markets near AH, then visited a kid NPC near blacksmith guild in metalworks, a kid NPC at the top of the southern elevator in metalworks, then a kid NPC at H-5 under the construction in port bastok. be sure to write down the names of the kids (forgot haha), and write down their corresponding types of rare-ex letters they give you.
you write it down because the final NPC quizzes you on it: a woman paladin in a santa hat near the chocobo stables in bastok mines.
not sure if other nations have simliar quests.. i just did bastok's cuz i was in town.
