Found this on the Shadow-dragons forums. It was attached so I had to upload it to my site. anyway, I thought it was impossible to stun kirin lol. Looks like ruby has a new goal in life and maybe, just mayne rein might get to actually be in the kirin alliance for once.

its not impossible , he does resist it alot though (like 80% of them time  )

yeah...stone > thunder....not the other way around >< sucky for stun. jupiter staff probably helps stun to not get resisted...although even if you land it will probably only last a fraction of a second. bleh |

We didnt bother for our first fights, but back when we first did kirin it was august and we didnt have the greatest gear or experiance. It only takes so long to realize that stun isnt worth the mp or hate. besides, with W. Abj Legs all his spells are easily avoided. I miss blink eating -GA spells though haha. Sucks when Stonga is being cast on a ranger and no one realizes it haha. Sucks but its damn entertaining. |

you can try paralysis him too... that will be the best (if you ever land one long enough) can you imagine no spell for the duration of paralysis woot!! |

i landed paralyze a few times without using elemental seal, but i dont think it actually kicked in once, and yarr i never fought kirin as /drk but i macro swap dark torque (still only 212 drk skill on rdm with AA earring ;\), jupiter staff, and all int shit for my stun macro so ill try haha. thunder weak to earth so yeah i imagine resist rate high |

gravity owns him heh, well at least up until you finish off the 4 summoned gods then his resist rate is so high it wears off right away (but still lands :P) and its not unheard of to bind him, other than that though the rest of enfeebling on him is useless |

I landed stun on him twice :D. Dark skill only 210 with equip, less INT than a taru (obviously) and a regular thunder staff. You should be able to get it on a few times no problem Ruby. |

Last night while running around as secondary tank I happened to stun him with Shield Bash, lasted like 1 second but its the first time I'd seen that happen. |

Yea, crimson gloves, no torque. Just as soon as SE introduces Gobbiebag 8 I can finish buying some of my "accessory" equip :P. |

SE seriously needs to add lines to macro, right now i use 1 line for spell and the other 5 for staff body torque ringL ringR. would be nice to be able to swap gloves boots and earrings too without having to hit 2 macros for 1 spell which im not about to do. of course if they did this id have to cry about needing 10 more spots of inventory to carry around all my gloves boots and earrings haha |
