Post subject:  Yarr's AF2 Screen Shots
Had a few people requesting screen shots of it. A few people commented on how it looked almost identical to AF1 so I took some side by side shots. Im so use to seeing the AF1 that i could pick out lots of differences so Im in love for now. I do think Nobles Tunic is nicer looking (although it doesnt match much :wink:) this is just a good free alturnative.

Love it? Hate it? lemmie know what you think.

Without the side by side look, I really couldn't tell the difference since I never really play with a whm who always wears the AF1 chest. But with the pic yeah, AF2 looks a lot better than AF1. I like the new collar design the most. Congratulations Yarr :)

ps: I still think it looks better on taru though, I just love the tarus!!

I loved grouping with Magic just to look at his af2 vest. That rdm af2 is really really nice..

I think I like the AF2 better. But I don't have any real complaints to the AF1. I do agree that your other (Noble's Tunic? from the RDM AF2 pic) looks better. I don't know what it is, but I guess the Robe look is kinda stuck on me, being that I wore a Robe from the level 12 "Robe" onward to .. Royal Squire's Robe (40) now ... Geez....

People tell me it looks like I'm wearing a dress though. :cry: Maybe I should be Elvaan, it doesn't look so dress-like on you. :cry:

nope... See your Avatar. That's the "master race." Tonberries are things of my nightmares, ever since I first saw one (FF7?...) I think the only time they have sucked horribly and not been particularly dangerous is FF8 as the summon... King Tonberry summon? Anyway, I never used him, so obviously he sucked. lol

FF8's summons as a whole were mostly disappointing. Watching that damn Eden summon made me question my sanity.

I agree. Some of the abilities were OK... especially the HP and MP enhancing abilities. Other than that, forget it. On the other hand, you really can't do anything without them except regular attacks. I got bad luck once and forgot to link up the Summons and magic to my characters before a boss fight. :oops: ... I think I got lucky and beat the boss, but not by much. It was weak, and probably still on the first disc, so it was ok... but ouch lol ... Yeah, FF8 summons sucked. but Laguna ROCKED ;-P j/k

Doomtrain....that would be cool ... Just think, here you are zoning a train of gobs to Selbina and out of nowhere, you notice the gobs are all running down a set of train tracks.... Next thing you know, here comes Doomtrain ........ :twisted:

Avatars only get added when theres an expantion. Fenrir was included in the Zilart expansion, however, they had to wait for the the cap to raise to 75 before they released the quest. I remember seeing pictures of fenrir back when the beta started spring of last year.

Yeah, I remember seeing someone had their Moogle replaced with Fenrir ... so it was obviously in the game. I wonder if they'll be upping the cap to 80 or 85 in the new expansion. I know they said no plans to at this time, but they might. After all, they gave THF the extra boost they needed in this last patch (Hide, so they could SA+TA anywhere) to cover up the fact that higher level other jobs could do the same stuff....

Who knows .. but still, to see Doomtrain running across Valkurm mashing goblins along the way, that would be a sight to see!!! I bet people would be running alongside it because it's cool looking, like people ran behind the Monkeys around New Year's (?) ... lol

I generally put xp on the back burner. My first priority is my linkshell and the events within. Only when we dont have something going on will I xp. Of course that wasnt the case when I was trying to get 74 :oops: I made a few mistakes but im only human.

Regardless things are back to nomal now I think.
