Taisaijin is a legit NM Hecteyes in Ranguemont Pass that drops the Spelunking Hat, which is the anti-Optical Hat in a way (Evasion-10, Ranged Accuracy-10, and Accuracy-10). No one knows his pop conditions, though. |

You really could learn that capabilities of GMs and administrators by using that program. Looks like you can pop mobs, edit stats, and everything. |
