Grats Ket! Too bad I went out to eat with friends. I coulda cock blocked the AF2 ;-) Grats again, you shoulda been the 1st but w/e, better late than never. Now we will all await your quit thread within next few days. Ket completed his dream of full AF2. And he has the cursed PLD AF2 Legs. So he is either quitting PLD or quitting FFXI =P Grats again Ket! Despite being grateful, a part of me feels really bad when people pass stuff for me without any provokation. I kinda feel like I'm depriving someone else of something, lol. :neutral:

It's kind of sad that it's taken like 15 months of doing Dynamis two times per week to get it. And since then a few other people managed to get it first (I really wanted to be first irl) but it's a big thing regardless of how long it takes. Due to competition some AF sets are easier to get than others, but a full set is a full set and it's something to celebrate either way.

I wanna say thanks to everyone but it'll sound too cheesy, so instead I'll just dance around happy. Woooo, full AF2, go me! \:D/

I forgot to take any fraps of it though. ; ;

Yeah i agree it's Taken some of the older members to get their AF2. But really it only shows how good of people they really are. It took you like 15 months yes but you also did it all by the Rules and you showed up to any Raids you can just for chance of the AF2 to drop.

Gratz man and MM was nice enough to do it his Karma will get him the peice soon i know it.

dunno what you mean lol. AF2 is just about luck. lucky for it to drop, lucky for you to win a lot (even luckier to have people pass for you). ive missed only a few raids total, and have been doing dynamis basically since CB was public. only walked away with 2 whm pieces and passed a ninja piece.

just sucks to see the longterm members get shafted by drop rate, as well as jerkoffs who loot and leave haha

lol ket, be happy people pass for you. God knows ive been the second highest lot on AF2 boots 4 times and no one passes for old Yarr lol. I feel the same way though, I dont really want to get the AF2 any differently than anyone else. Still there are only 3 other NA players on this server who have done Dynamis longer than me.

Hccmike (Full BLM AF2, Most MNK if not all. Most Ninja)
Ilmaterrori (4/5 BLM AF2, Full NIN AF2, Most War AF2)
Kayne (Full MNK AF2)

Yeah Im the last of the first Gen-NA players in dynamis to not have full af2. It doesnt bother me really. I like having a reason to do dynamis. I like lotting (even if I lose) on af2. I like sitting through a Raid with my fingers crossed. Still its a little annoying to watch myself consistantly lose out on AF2. Im not sure if any other NA WHM have the full AF2 set, but I always wanted to be the first.
