All AV's gear are all job, except for the G.katana. "Assault breastplate" doesn't sound like sea gear Cant sell on AH AV's items So yeah... ;p It probably come from an NM in newtown (or was it oldtown) |

65 Def is pretty damn high def for tanking jobs and the elemental resist is pretty nice also. Gotta find out what drops that. |

This doesn't drop off AV and nobody has killed AV... furthest anyone got him was like to 99% and had to CFH it with 100+ people attacking. It basically raped everyone. And recently some LS killed Jailer of Love and AV didn't pop. So yeah that is really lame lol. |

Yeah it didn't pop but JoL dropped torque though which is hot. Farming items for JoL takes forever so the fact that someone killed JoL and didn't get AV to pop is really depressing. But 2 people have popped AV now I think (both JP) and died to it horribly. On topic since this armor has nothing to do with sea, it isn't that bad for WAR or PLD for situational tanking since it is 65 Def... that is the same amount of def that Koenig Cuirass has (Kaiser = 66 def). This thing just has a bunch of elemental resistance instead of HP: 60 STR: -10 DEX: -10 VIT: 20 CHR: 20. I mean 65 Defense is the most you can get, just depends on what this drops off of. This isn't a piece of crap, but it isn't that bad either since it has no negative stats and has elemental resist for tanking mobs that use magic. |

I just chatted with with Wak, he said he obtained it from doing a quest in Tavnazian Safehold, he also said it was a decent challenge quest not impossible to gauge. I didn't get the quest name from him cause he just signed off. This probaly doesn't help but figured you would like to know, lol. |

Hmm..only quest left are sea stuff. >_> EDIT Maybe it's Mammet quest or mithra quest, I forgot those had random reward ranging from mannequin part to dragon bone to xp scroll. |

No you didn't Kwechi. Someone went off topic and mentioned a drop off of AV and you said it dropped off AV. Then later in the thread someone else misread that and interpreted the breastplate as dropping off AV. Either way AV sucks because nobody can kill it and that breastplate sucks because there is better gear for all the jobs that can equip it. |
