What does summoning magic skill + do? I know -perpetuation cost lowers the MP avatars/spirtis consume, but by how much is -3?

Summoning magic directly relates to how fast you can summon spirits, and chance of getting interrupted when casting.

true, and is also rumored to speed up elemental avatar (spirits) casting, as well as make them "smarter"

wouldn't you still use the elemental staves while exping? I thought they made bloodpacts do more dmg anyways.
