Damn, Whisp, do your gear set buttons need to be so big? They're bigger than all your ability icons! Most people make those kind of things as small as possible so they don't take any real estate up. I mean, whatever floats your boat though. That's the best thing about a customisable UI. I can post mine later but it's pretty standard and most people have probably seen it in various screenshots or videos anyway. |

I don't like a whole lot of shit on my screen and thankfully with the crossbar you can fit more icons per hotbar.

I like em big because that side of the screen would feel asymmetrically empty otherwise. |

Everyone should have the Party list and the Enemy list close to wherever their eyes go and mouse cursor goes. |

I put the party UI on the upper right. I made the game look as much like XI as possible. I don't have to worry about mouse overs since using controller is way faster. |

Hot dog, I like your side buttons next to your main buttons. Maybe I can steal it and actually make use of the extra keys my Razer Blackwidow has. lol |

Reminder to people fiddling with their UIs: Since 2.1 it is now possible to disable and hide those annoying hotbar numbers floating next to where you put your hotbars (every hotbar except #1, at least). It makes it a lot easier to put your abilities in weird and wonderful positions, like if you wanted a couple of dedicated buttons next to your focus target window, or floating by your minimap, or something, without having a weird number floating in the middle of your screen. |

Yah, ket. I still need to refine my UI to make more more healing friendly, but that was one of the first things I did in 2.1 - remove those numbers. |

It's spread across 3 monitors The chat bars on left and right flank are on my two flanking monitor while center is on middle monitor. I don't use up full real estate across 3 monitors -- the graphic stretching on the sides bug me. This lets me flank both sides of game with browser/apps |

Character is centered on middle monitor Mini-map right side is where the left border of my middle monitor is, so map and general chat text clips into my left monitor. Far right chat box left side is where right border of my middle monitor is, so quest log, mini menu and misc stuff clip into my right monitor. Tldr; corner chat boxes outline where my middle monitor POV sits. |
