We first stepped into Turn 9 on May 5th, 2014. Finally won on September 21st 2014.
4 months, 17 days, including the day we won.
At a guess I'd say we spent around 4-5 hours in Turn 9 a week. We had a few off-weeks, but we did Coil about 2 or 3 nights per week, and if you assume we spent the first night doing T6-8, then the other two we spent about 2 hours or more in T9. (Though it's been a bit more these past couple of weeks, since we were getting so close people were eager to put a little extra time in.) It's been somewhere in the region of 70-80 hours (using the low end of the estimate to account for off-weeks and stuff). Then consider that each failed run is probably around 6-8 minutes, and that means we probably did something like 400-500 attempts. What a slog.
I love watching these videos afterwards to see stuff I missed, or stuff I noticed but didn't have time to really process. I was about 2 feet away from MPKing myself with the Firescorched debuff at least once.
And finally, here's a screenshot of Krellis popping his cork in Athelle's face.

Oh, and I had to take this screenshot too. Corwin's too cool to not take screenshots.
