Thanks everybody @ lol at the picture Ket posted.The last night FFXIV was online...Kio, Supa, and I were talking about relationships and stuff. Supa and I were talking about how I'm practically married, and Kio asked why I wasn't actually married. It was hard to bite my tongue haha. The ring has been burning a hole in my pocket the past several weeks and it's been hard to keep quiet. Thanks again everybody. |

Did you ask her parents for permission to marry her? My family is pretty old school, I asked my wifes parents before. It was pretty easy since they are awesome and they have always like me a lot. Although I was still nervous as hell. I also had to ask them like 20 minutes before Julie and I went to Niagara Falls (where I asked her). |

I didn't plan on asking her parents till about 2 weeks ago. I quickly arranged a dinner at their house and found a perfect time to ask them. They are both amazing and really appreciated it. I agree it's old fashioned, but it's a good thing to do. And WOW Niagra Falls would be an amazing place to propose! Great job on that! I already have people harassing me with questions regarding the date, and blah blah. People are so annoying lol. GIVE ME SOME TIME! |
