So my video card is dying so im thinking of building a budget mini-ITX System Here what I have so far http://pcpartpicker.com/p/r2GnXL I already have an SSD drive and a 1tb hard drive. opinion? suggestions? |

you're fine with an i5? I have an i7 2700k myself because I have multiple windows open sometimes and the hyper threading helps plus I heard that the i7 OC's better than the i5 I only bring it up because I see you plan on water cooling the rig and it might give you more options if you ever need to bump up the FPS in a game. Other than that nice build I wanted to make a mini-ATX but that's a project for another time. |

yeah the i5 is fine for what it needs to do, the main part is the video card. ended up paying 60 dollars more for a full size video card. its a no name brand so well see how loud it is. Here is the updated one. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bFkWmG as of this morning my video card is currently giving me the flickers and the BSOD The case is really what made me think about creating a budget pc lol. its a nice case. |
