Yeah he is a worthless sack of flesh and guts. My brother's old childhood friend I ran into thinks he is funny, which is no surprise... that kid is borderline retarded. The content of his jokes are stolen from others and they could be funny with the right delivery and timing. Ned has none of that, instead he relies on contreversy and stereotypes to get attention and laughs. I am starting to think the old alcoholic guy from the redneck show is funnier (damn whats his name.. Ron White?) and that is saying quite a bit.
