They're all about political strife and such, which got by the censors of Disney since the Swahili translators lied to them what the lyrics meant)I always thought the story board/test version of can you feel the love tonight was 100x's better, most people have never seen it its never included in any dvd extras or whatever.
The concept was that, you follow the waterfall that got bigger and wider representing how the feeling of falling in love. There was another adjacent concept that Timon and Pumbaa were trying to sabotage their romantic outting but only edged them closer. They dropped that for the waterfall-less version, but eventually finished animation on the Timon and Pumbaa one using it in The Lion King 1 1/2 (or 3 depending where you're from).
