I'm going to NY fo sho, I just don't know when. My sister lives in (Chelsea?) Manhatton going to fashion school. She just came to AZ for a week and got really homesick when she got back to NY. Now she wants to come to AZ for the whole summer. I wanted to go to NY this summer! Maybe I'll head up in May. We'll see. When I make plans, I'll let you guys know and we'll meet up

I dun think there's anything weird about dating someone from an MMO. I mean when you spend that much time online with someone, they become more real than the people around you anyway.
I met a ton of people from online and never had a bad experiance.
Even tho it's much easier to lie online.. it's also much easier to be yourself.
Probably the coolest guy I've ever met, I met on ffxi first. so eh.

I've met 2 girls from myspace irl (like 4 years ago) within weeks of eachother. Both of them looked hot on their pictures but BOTH ended up being VERY overweight irl (unlike their pictures...). I'm a shallow asshole and that didn't work for me. Neither of them were really interesting anyways. Both dates ended after the first one. The second girl fucking stalked me for months afterwards. I decided after that I'm never meeting a girl from the net again lol. I don't really have a problem meeting girls irl anyways because I'm social and friendly.

On regards to the thread starter, I would say an 18 year old girl hooking up with a 30year old is a little bit worrisome. I think internet dating and moving it to into a real thing is ok, with certain restrictions and if you are sure about it.

I met Snaake on FFXI, here we are living together in VA, and it's wonderful. Two years all ready.

I'm really iffy about that shit. Not that I'm scared about meeting people from FFXI, but I can't imagine on bulding a friendship BECAUSE of FFXI. Like... unless we talk about galka's we're gonna have to start all over as far as getting to know each other. Unless you've known that person for a long time.

Anyways, the only person I ever met IRL from online is this dude Greenpunk from IGN boards. I've known him for.... god.... 6 years? 8 years? And this last summer we decided to meet up in San Diego to go to the Mates of State/Spoon/Death Cab concert. He brought his friend Alisa and actually it was one of the most fun weekends I've ever had. Him and Alisa still wanna come out to AZ and go camp in the grand canyon, but it's just hard to find time for online people when I don't even give my IRL friends enough attention.

And then Parade came and longboarded with me and a bunch of friends this last semester lol. That was fun. I still mean to hang out with him more but.... busy college student.

I almost went down to Tucson and said hey to Tokitung a while back, and Kluya lives like a block away from me but I've never seen him. He seems more hardcore than me anyways.... and older. I still look for his RSX around campus sometimes so I can egg it. If you're bored for 4/20 Klu (which you probably aren't) my buddies b-day is on 4/20 so we're throwing a huge party at my new place. Up on Scottsdale and McKellips. Levi too, if you wanna get crunk, bring high school chicks.

I almost went and met up with Tokitung also. Him and I were supposed to go to Nogales Mexico and cause trouble! I never made it down there. That's probably a good thing, because we would have ended up in jail.

I don't know what I'm doing on 4/20. You are right...there is a ton of shit going on that day. Believe it or not I'm staying 100% sober till Cinco De Mayo. I've been partying waaaay too hard this whole year. I'm gonna stay in and catch up on video games lol. I'm very far behind.

Yeah I have hung out with MM, Galidar, Evilyn and Hitmanr. I don't mind hanging out with people from MMORPGs or anything if I can find time to do so. Really not so sure about starting up a relationship out of a MMO though, not that hard to meet women in real life if I am not being insanely introverted. Doesn't seem like MMOs are the worst place to meet people, bar scene is getting old fast as its always the same type of people I meet there. If it works for you like it is for Aireen and Snaake or Matti and Milamber, then more power to you and your attempt at a MMO relationship.

I really don't make huge plans for 4/20 anymore. It is just another day, though I almost always seem to have some bud on me that day. Pretty sure some of my friends at the beach are doing something, like they do every night lol. Jax beach pretty much is 4/20 365 days a year for the most part. Damn me for living 30 minutes away and burning gas every time I go over there to hang out haha.
