The legal drinking limit is Cali is .08 as well, I think it's like that for most states tho.

every state is .08, soon alot of states are going to drop it down to .04, which means that basicly if your caught under NyQuil while you're driving, you'll get a DUI.

cuz drunks will typically "flouder" or "ragdoll" when they hurt themselves where as a completely sober person who sees an accident oncoming is going to tense and stiffen up causing A LOT more damage to themselves.

That's no good for me, my blood alchohol level never drops below .05
