you guys only think about the graphics.....sad....most PSP games arent innovative....thats why I got a DS. I am not saying I wont get the PSP(Iwill) but dont judge on only the specs.

SWEET! Just picked up my PSP Value Pack today! The value pack was slightly more expensive but gave me some cheezy carrying case, headphones with a remote and a 32mb mem-stick duo.

As for those of you worried about battery life...don't worry. The battery lasts 5hrs when fully charged!!! A lot more juice then my lousy Lumix digicams battery :x

My first hands on impression of PSP...It fuckin' rocks! Screen is huge, it has 3 different levels of backlight. It plays MP3's. I already uploaded some jpgs on to it too. however it doesnt do video. So I figure the Video option is only there for when you insert a UMD that is a video. There's a mini USB port on it but I've yet to find any of my gadgets to be compatible with it...and I havent checked the instructions yet. And it has all these options for hookin up network connections...SWEET!

As for the analog controller on it...well, it's not as bad as a lot of the reviews are saying.

I only got Ridge Racer today and its great fun. My only complaint is that you cant reverse...Namco mustve overlooked that as they rushed this game out. Usually just holdin the break throws you in reverse, but not in this game, lol.

Oh yeah...the sweetest thing 'bout the PSP so far...soon as I turned it on it gave me the option to choose if I wanted it in Japanese or English!!! Not even my JP PS2 BB unit gave me that option!

Comparing the PSP to DS, well, as above poster sorta said..the DS games are more innovative....However, I think that overall the PSP has much more potential than the DS. I've played quite a few of the DS games and they're neat, but honestly I see that touch screen gettin busted very easily, some of the games really make you work that screen...and they get boring quite quickly. Anyways, my money went to PSP and I really think that I chose the better of the 2 machines...besides, I already played a lot of the DS games when i had an N64...

PSP rocks! Import it today! lol
