The first dude I actually met, partied with, and talked to I can't name but I do remember asking why monsters were suddenly dropping crystals when I PTed with him and I had no idea how to get signet or what it even was or did.

First people on my friend list were Dankaru, Supafly, Varnik, Jefro, and Madisonlee.

Dankaru, Supa, Varnik, Jef and I all did the first missions together, and afterwards, we made the Tail Yankers LS, which is how I met Madi.

I think there were some other people who I knew around that time as well, but Dank, Supa, Varnk, Jef and Madi are the ones that mean something to me <3

First friend would have to be Demitrius, he gave me my first LS, but there was alot of LS drama and then he kind of disappeared. longest friend in game is diffenitly Fattino. Met him the same day in the LS and is still a good friend today.

When I started the game I was in a linkshell with a bunch of friends from my previous game, Wheel of Time. I still talk with them even though they all quit ffxi for wow or rl.

My first friend from ffxi, who's also my oldest friend in game now, is Arnwulf. Me and one of my other friends, Aftermath, were leveling up in Valkurm. I was rdm, he was on war. We kept joining pick up parties and kept ending up with Arnwulf, who had already gotten to 30 war and was now leveling PLD. When we all hit 20 Aftermath and I went to level our subs, while Arn went on to Qufim. After a month or two we convinced him to join Forsaken. Still talk even though we're not in the same ls anymore.

Yeah Vivi was one of my first good freinds on the game, he should have like 3 jobs to 75 right now but he was a loser and quitted for a long time lol.

currently got blm on 21 and rdm on 36 and have a little over 10 days of playtime. not bad~

Yea i met hcc through tooyooo i think; when we walked to xarcabard to trio AF1 but ended up calling wess to help or something haha.

lol Hobo was my adversary when I was 65+ since we always xped at the same time. If he got a group then I would probably sit LFG all night, if I got a group he would end up LFGing most the night.

I love hobo though lol.

I didn't have any friends as a newb... I mean I meant one or two people and I knew *about* people like laylaa and Piro but I never grouped with them much. And after the 30-40 range I was generally a hot shit Bard and too cool to group with the crappily geared and even less skilled NA players.

I knew Kayne during this time, but he was all like "OMFG a Bard group with me" and I was like "Pssft I got a JP party, and already did my limit break"


Kinda funny that I don't remember my pre-40 days at all... like they didn't even exsist for me. I do know I made a lot of 2 Whm groups in Qufim but I can't remember the name of that little taru lady I partied with and made up for the gimpness of an elvaan.
