This is Sage Sundi from the end beta event. I remember some of the GMs upper managment GMs were there in cool armor. I had totally forgot about this armor until I saw it in game again. This was long before it was put in the game. This even was back mid October



I saw him when he was fighting Roc.

I hear at lvl 81 DRK gets a MegaDeath ability, instantly kills any HNM in the region.... whooooah... Assuming it has less than 100 hp remaining that is

Ive acctually talk to Sage Sundi on the VN forums. He posts there. He posts on the VN to get feed back for the Dev team.

There are a few Square people who read the VN forums to get an idea of how players are reacting to what.

omg if I was a lvl 76+ I would never be on /anon... For one, you could show off when people /check you.. But for two, you'd never have any "Please come Raise me" requests. Most people search 25-75 whm or something .. hehehe Besides, I think they'd be too intimidated to ask an 80whm lol

just out of curiousity Laguna and Yarr for that matter, do you guys charge people for raises?

Nope... I've taken donations before, but I was flat broke then. I never demanded, even if it was a full party needing Raised with Gobs around them (Valkurm incident .. haha, had to kill the gobs first, yuck...) They offered me some gil, not a lot. Maybe 500gil. I only took it because I needed the gil badly (and I had been waiting on the ship to Mhaura to arrive).

If someone offered me gil for a raise now, I wouldn't take it. If they offered Juice so I could regen MP to raise the other 4 members of their party, I'd take that though. lol

Also, to cut off the question before it comes up: Teleports, to charge or not to charge.
I don't charge LS members or friends. Ever. Period. Even if I would risk my life in doing so (ie Teleport-Yhoat and a Tonberry decided to wander onto the Telepoint.... lol not likely, but you get the idea).
I don't do teleports other than LS members unless they're party members. If we're done EXP'ing, I offer free teleports to anywhere my party wants to go. Even if that's dropping each person at a separate Telepoint (up to 5 teleports, obviously).
Anything outside of LS, Party, Friends, is an automatic decline unless I'm feeling in a good mood, I'm not busy, and they offer money. I was offered 500 gil by 4 people last night to teleport them all to one location. However, I was only in Jeuno making a run for the flower shop (so I could quiver the arrows I'd made already). I only planned to spend enough time to get the arrows and Warp back. Sorry, busy.

The armor is level 81. Thats why hes 81.

wonder when everyone will be able to get up to lvl 80? What level cap quest will they think of next? I am sure S.E. will think of something evil

The last level cap wasnt so bad. The Level 70 cap. Only RDM had it really hard. I think SAM had the most anoying Drop to get.

well thats good to know to bad i cant lvl up lol .....
Dragoon is given me a rough time lvl wise i am stuck at lvl 53 so i started a differnt job but today i think it is time to switch back!!!!
