Well Stormstrike is decent in Pvp. Tad mana expensive... but lets be honest, what isn't for shamans.

You'll also have to realize in PvE raids shamans are expected to heal.

Also in general in 1.10 most Pvp shamans find success with Elemental spec and use enchantment just for the occassional windfury kill and such.

With 1.11 the Cookie cutter Elemental/enchance spec is being nerfed a bit since you won't be able to get Imp windfury weapon, but the elemental tree is just as strong as before if not more so. And a fairly common Multi purpose spec was 30(31) elemental/20 resto so thats still effective.

Long story short. Spec however you want, High enchance spec is a bit of the red headed stepchild of the 3 shaman talent trees, but you're not gimp for choosing it, you just don't have the easy mode chain lightnings for 1.5k from elemental nor the PvE whoring of resto. You'll kill stuff either way.

that right there is the problem with lightwell. You should need a set of instructions for everyone before they use it. You shouldnt have to sit people down and tell them what to do. You should be able to use lightwell with out anyone having to do anything extra.

In MC lightwell is pretty useless. It's very effective during Razorgore, Broodlord, Firemaw, Ebonroc, Flamegor(but he's so fucking easy who cares), and nefarian.

In AQ, nice for Skeram, but won't always use all charges, terrible for bug trio, great for sartura(I don't have time nor mana to heal myself, so I can focus on my group and treat the lightwell as a personal HOT), terrible for fankriss, great for melee in visc, WONDERFUL for melee in Twin Emps, and effective during C'Thun.

Pretty bad in Ouro though.

And yeah, at first people were pretty bad with lightwell, but now people request them, and generally want it more. The cooldown needs to be 5 minutes though.
