I had like 600-700+ day Playtime. But I gave my modded PS2 to my nephew way back, so I've never played any other game on my current PS2. Played on my modded xbox after that. I also have broadband internet so its almost never off and always logged in. Whenever I did other stuff or went out, or to sleep, etc.. I just parked in my MH afk. Even though I quit the game in october, my PS2 is still at the FFXI login screen still right now if you can believe it (2 months later).

Actually, I helped lead TC (one of the most successful na lses on ifrit in it's hayday) and PD (don't you remember? I got your ass booted) and LJ (you know that dyna ls that killed dl more times than anyone on the server combined.) besides, since when does being a "ls leader" and a "ls member" mean "dictator" and "peon"? INT affects (not solely determines) spells such as Sleep, Blind, etc (along with dark and enfeebling magic)

MND affects enfeebles such as paralyze and slow (along with enfeebling magic).

If someone saying something as such can get/promt you to ridicule another based on it... you must be quite prone to suggestion from others. Just a little more lemming-like behavior, and you'll be right up there in the ranks of the popular bunch. /cheer

Well, its not bad. Its on the right track... because since water staff does have more MND and helps para lasts longer, Ice Staff lowers the resist and better helps the reliability of para spell landing. So you were still with either right sort of... I have a INT+8/MND+8 wand macro'd in for para/slow (Kirin's Pole is decent... but wasn't paying for it). Really only fall back to Ice Staff when its a god or a mob that has a high resist rate. In that regard, its per person preference... as some prefer to recast a little more often when it wears as opposed to repeated to have it land. And others prefer to have it last longer, when it does land (providing it lands with some consistency).

Here is some reading for any upcoming RDMs.

Edit: In all the jobs I play, I make it a habit to know them inside and out, and in most configurations/variations... not only through my own experience, but extended reading/research of others.
