I just have too many problems with this season. Wayne is an awful president, the White House drama was incredibly lame and one dimensional, Chloe and Milo haven't done jack shit, and they're STILL looking for bombs. They're always fucking looking for bombs (sometimes they're filled with Syntox nerve gas, though!).

And that Palmer woman is my new "I hope to god you are dead soon" character. What a terrible character. "I AM A LAWYER RESPECT ME BECAUSE I HAVE WORKED HARD TO BECOME A LAWYER NOT BECAUSE I AM THE PRESIDENT'S SISTER BUT WHEN I DELETE ALL OF MY CLIENT'S FILES I DEMAND YOU CALL MY BROTHER AND HAVE HIM CLEAR THIS PLEASE DON'T YOU KNOW WHO I AM SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE". She's not as bad as Terri Bauer (god I hated her) but jesus christ. This show lost a key element when it killed Sherry Palmer.

Yeah teri bauer, audrey raines...these goddamn pointy horrible women jack consorts with grind my nerves. I wished he would have stuck with the redhead from arizona in season 5 lol. Shery Palmer was a great character but they probably would have just tossed her once they killed David. lol

I'm truly glad every time another episode is over and Kim Bauer is not even mentioned, my god, she was the only weak part of season 2. Meanwhile I taped last night's episode and I'm gonna watch it in the morning.

this show is silly

Tomake that's almost as bad as a 40 year old pedophile taking screencaps of all the panty shots in the Chipmunks movie.

this season has gotten off to a faster start than season 1-4. the only season that beats it is 5 where palmer & michelle died and tony was near death right in the beginning. in this show, we have already seen curtis die, graham turn out to be jack's brother, jack's dad aka God, and a freakin nuclear explosion! episode 6 was just a story builder episode. im happy with this season so far. i like wayne as president, and i look forward to seeing everyone's storyline. i can't stand the palmer sister, but i am interested to see what they do with her. 24 can do no wrong, so there is no plausible need for worry.

btw i thought teri was great.

I just wasn't into Teri's trembling-hands-helplessness. My only problem with Wayne as President is that the guy seems waaaaay too young, if it was an older actor, I'd be with it 100%.

Here's a random thing I've been thinking about. In the storyline over 9 years have passed since season 1. Season 1-2 was 1 year space, 2-3 was 3 years, 3-4 was 2 years (according to a mention of when Tony was replaced as Director), 4-5 was 18 months, and now 20 months from 5-6. so 9 years and 2 months. Do you think as the seasons go on (if they continue at this pace, 1 season a year, time will fly in the storyline) they're going to age Jack?

I can only see this taking a Metal Gear Solid 4 turn.

yeah that was a doozy. I was waiting on Graham to start puking split-pea soup on Jack's face just like in the Exorcist.

I'm also waiting on Jack's father to put on the darth vadar outfit and Jack to put on his Jedi cloak and pull out his light saber.

Just watched the 2 most recent episodes, pretty fucked up when Graem admitted to his role in season 5's plot, though it seemed to come out of the blue (but that was explained).

I didn't know James Cromwell was so tall.
Sandra Palmer gets worse and worse.

I think the only things I don't like about this season so far are Curtis dying and the fact that Jack doesn't seem like he wants to die. I like him better when you think he might just decide to quit life. This season he doesn't seem to have the regret of missing chances to die. I want a suicidal jack season!
