He asked me how to do it, and i told him to go to google and type torrent tracker and find one with the game he wanted. A few days later he tells me about this and i felt bad at first, but then he told me he talked to a well known lawyer that dealt with digital stuff like these kinds of lawsuits, and he was told some interesting things. Pretty much what he was told was to stop the "uploading" (and for the time being downloads too because he was going to be monitored for a period of time) and ignore the email. He advised he got a better internet provider (one which wont just give out your information) and to disable p2p "sharing". Interesting how things work eh? I never thought someone would get a feedback like that from a lawyer in a situation like this.
